ENGAGEMENT
- Thank you for accepting our offer to present the event service ‘Academy of Artificial Intelligence’ to you.
TIME AND PLACE
- Your payment of the Investment entitles you to:
- Attend the seminar services ‘Academy of Artificial Intelligence’
- To receive a copy of the Materials and/or bonuses included in your purchase as stated on the website and your confirmation of purchase email.
- If circumstances require, we may change the Speakers, the hours and/or the dates of the seminar services for any reason by notifying you in writing of the change and detailing substitute speakers, seminar hours and/or dates. Any changes will not in any way change the content of the seminar service; and
(i) Academy of Artificial Intelligence shall have no liability to you; and
(ii) You shall make no claim against us (including for a refund), in respect of the same.
TRANSFERRING “Academy of Artificial Intelligence”
- If you are unable to attend “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” you will be unable to transfer the ticket to an alternative “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” Service or any other product or service offered by Academy of Artificial Intelligence.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENTS
- Academy of Artificial Intelligence may cancel / reschedule / postpone the Seminar Services for any reason. If a Seminar Service is cancelled or postponed in full or in part, Academy of Artificial Intelligence will use its reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or postponement using the details you provided at the time of booking.
(a) If a Seminar Service is cancelled, We will refund you the Investment you have actually paid for minus any reasonable administration costs (as determined by Academy of Artificial Intelligence) within 30 days of giving you notice of cancellation.
(b) If a Seminar Service is rescheduled or postponed, Academy of Artificial Intelligence will, where possible, use its reasonable endeavours to offer you tickets to the rescheduled Seminar Service equivalent to the value of the investment you actually paid. Any elements of the Seminar Service that have been provided to you are non-refundable. Seminar services which are rescheduled or postponed are not eligible for a refund.
DISCLOSURES
- You acknowledge:
(a) that neither Academy of Artificial Intelligence, any of its representatives or any person it engages to perform the Seminar Services (‘Relevant Persons’) is an investment advisor or any other governmental authority to provide investment advice.
(b) that the Relevant Persons do not purport to provide investment advice or operate an investment advice business; and
(c) Academy of Artificial Intelligence may pay commissions to third parties arising from your entering into this Purchase Contract.
TICKET SALE AND RESALE
- (a) The re-advertisement of the seminar service “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” for purposes of resale is strictly forbidden.
(b) If the seminar service “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” is found to be offered or advertised for resale then your right to access the seminar service may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket will not be provided with any of the seminar service.
(c) If your seminar service “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” is found to be offered or advertised for resale, then you will forgo your right to alter the name on the ticket, should this be applicable to the seminar service.
FORCE MAJEURE
- If the Seminar Services as contemplated by this Agreement are prevented or cancelled because of an act of God, an inevitable accident, fire, blackout, flood, pandemic or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of both parties, then the promoter may at its option either postpone the Seminar Services from the original Seminar Services date or cancel and refund as per term 8.
GENERAL
- All notices or other seminar related communications must be made to [email protected].
- The non-exercise of or delay in exercising any power or right of a party does not operate as a waiver of that power or right, nor does any single exercise of any power or right preclude any other or further exercise of it; or the exercise of any other power or right. A power or right may only be waived in writing, signed by the party to be bound by the waiver.
- All event content is in English, should you require translation, please email [email protected] for more information.
- All speakers advertised will appear at different times and not the full duration of the seminar service.
- One invoice is generated per order and communication is solely with the buyer of the seminar service until guest attendee details are provided.
- The seminar services “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” is a live event and no recording of the event will be available.
- For Academy of Artificial Intelligence Online – attendees will be sent a link to register and attend the seminar services “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” to the nominated email address provided approximately 21 days prior to the “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” start date. Once this link has been sent to the buyer and or attendee(s) “Academy of Artificial Intelligence” has fulfilled its obligations of providing you with the service.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
- You hereby acknowledge that you will be trained in material considered “trade secret” and confidential in nature. You agree to not disclose any techniques nor comments about the seminar service of any kind to others, via forum, message boards, private emails, blogs or other venue. If in breach of this agreement, you do disclose any information about the seminar services then you will be in breach of contract and subject to civil litigation and liable for damages. You agree to not create, nor partner nor associate with any person, any kind of product related to Academy of Artificial Intelligence including but not limited to e-books, special reports, audio or video files, public postings of content, or any other derived materials. You may not record any portion of the seminar service.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Academy of Artificial Intelligence, against all loss or damage that client may suffer as a result by Academy of Artificial Intelligence, and its speakers and associates and any of its affiliates and representatives from any breach of these Terms and any other cause or alleged cause of any kind.
Risk Acknowledgment
Participants understand that the seminar provides educational content only. Academy of AI, its trainers, and affiliates are not responsible for personal or financial decisions made based on seminar content.
Online Access / Platform Use Policy
- Platform Access
All online seminar services for the Academy of Artificial Intelligence (“Academy of Artificial Intelligence”) will be delivered through a secure online platform (e.g., Zoom, Vimeo, or LMS). You will be provided a unique registration link and login credentials to access the event. - Registration Requirements
- Each attendee must register with a unique email address and contact number.
- Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login link or account with others is strictly prohibited.
- Academy of Artificial Intelligence reserves the right to deny access to any attendee attempting to use credentials that are not uniquely assigned or shared with others.
- Access Restrictions
- Attendees may only access the online seminar during the scheduled event hours.
- Any attempt to circumvent platform security or access materials outside of the scheduled session is prohibited.
- Academy of Artificial Intelligence may monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Recording & Distribution
- The online seminar service is provided live, and recordings are strictly for internal use by Academy of Artificial Intelligence.
- Attendees are not permitted to record, capture, distribute, or reproduce the seminar content in any form, including screenshots, audio, video, or written notes for external distribution.
- Any violation of this rule constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in legal action.
- Technical Support
- Support for access issues will be provided through [email protected].
- Academy of Artificial Intelligence is not responsible for technical issues caused by participant hardware, software, or internet connectivity.
REFUND POLICY
- Cooling Off Period:
You have a 30-day “cooling off” period starting from the date of your purchase to the Academy of Artificial Intelligence program. During this period, you have the option to request a full refund of your registration fee for any reason. This cooling off period allows you to thoroughly evaluate the program and its benefits. - Refund Eligibility:
After the 30-day cooling off period, no further refund requests will be accepted. We will not entertain any refund requests beyond this period. - Transfer of Enrollment:
If you are unable to attend the event and wish to transfer your enrollment to a different event date, you may do so depending on availability. Transfers are subject to approval and may involve additional charges, if applicable. - No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend the Academy of Artificial Intelligence without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your registration fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
By enrolling in the Academy of Artificial Intelligence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our programs while respecting the needs of our participants.
